The recruitment process may differ, depending on the role. However, you should initially receive a call or email, inviting you to attend a telephone conversation. Following this there will be one or two face to face interviews, role depending.
Owen Mumford is based across two sites; Woodstock and Chipping Norton. On the role advertisement, the location will be advised. Many of our roles are also dual sited across both locations.
Yes - you can apply for any roles where you meet the criteria required, even if this is more than one role at a time.
Help us get to know you by explaining how your prior experience and achievements have prepared you for the role you are interested in with us. Review the job description and research the business and your department. You should prepare some examples that demonstrate your strengths and any questions you may have about the opportunity.
What should I wear for an interview? First impressions count so we recommend you wear something smart but also comfortable, so your focus is on the interview and you are not feeling uncomfortable or self-conscious.
We aim to respond to all applications within 2 weeks. If you have not heard from us by then, you should assume that your application has been unsuccessful.
We can sponsor non-UK residents, however this is dependent on the role and qualifying criteria. Please apply for your chosen role and indicate your requirements on your application.

All associates joining Owen Mumford will follow an induction plan. This includes onsite training for your role. Associates can request formal training support through educational partners or apprenticeships. This will be discussed within a review meeting at the start of employment.
